Garry Thomas Morse is a software developer and technological autodidact whose
ability to rapidly learn programming languages enabled him to obtain his Programmer
Analyst Diploma from CDI College in a compressed time frame (just over a month).
In 2000, Garry teamed up with school teacher Kathryn DaSilva to form estudent.ca,
and coded the company's product suite of four educational programs designed to assist
the process of learning French and Spanish.
Since the inception of estudent.ca, these products have been sold to hundreds of schools
in North America and are being lauded by both educators and students. The company was
featured on the CBC show Dragon's Den (Season III : Episode 2) in 2008, and has since
received much praise and interest from business leaders.
In addition, Garry has worked for a number of software companies, primarily utilizing
Java, C++, PHP and Flash, along with other web technologies. He continues to contract
out his services to innovative employers and looks forward to new challenges ahead.
